The normal cancellation fees (if you don't have insurance)
If you withdraw from your booked vacation up to 100 days before departure, we will charge the fixed fee of € 100.
If you cancel between 100 days and 30 days before departure, we charge a fixed fee of € 200.
In the event of cancellation within the last 29 days before departure, we charge 70% of the booking value
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, or departure earlyer we charge 70% of the daily rate according to the booking order for the days not used
If you do not arrive bevor 20.00 and do not notify us, the booking will be canceled and the cancellation fees listed above apply.
A change in the scope of the contract due to late arrival or early departure is also considered a cancellation within the meaning of the above regulation.
The cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be in the hands of the hotel at the latest within the above-mentioned periods (100 or 29 days) before the agreed arrival dates.

In the event of new restrictions, existing reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival and your deposit will be converted into a voucher, valid for 1 year or the deposit will be refunded; this also applies to bookings that have already been made. Payment:
You can pay your hotel bill with an EC card, credit card (Visacard, Eurocard, Mastercard) and in cash up to EUR 1,000.00.
Hotel bills are payable within 5 days of receipt of the bill. In the event of default in payment, the hotel is entitled to charge the statutory default interest in accordance with GvD 231/2002.
Arrival and departure:
Your room is available from around 14.00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room not later to 10:00 on the day of departure.
We ask you to let us know if you are to arrive after 19.00
