Cyclists enjoy the area around Sterzing/Vipiteno, Ratschings/Racines and Gossensass/Colle Isarco and approach their vacation in day stages, cycling from here to there. The sight seeings sweeten the cycle day with a little variety, while the regional inns provide the best possible food. The holiday area Sterzing-Ratschings-Gossensass / Vipiteno-Racines-Colle Isarco offers a good combine for mountain biking and enjoying the local specialties. Along the trails you will find around 60 mountain huts with delicacies such as dumplings, grey cheese, pasta or bacon.
